Utilizing the latest technology in solid modeling , CNC machines, laser marking and quality inspection, KC Machine creates high tolerance parts to customers specifications. KC Machine is located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, approximately 30 minutes northeast of Kansas City, Mo.

Our facility consists of a 3.5 acre site with nearly 17000 sq. ft. of floor space. With our 21 ft. clear height, (2) 10-ton full length overhead cranes, KC Machine can handle and work on very large equipment. Our staff of employees include journeyman machinists and service techs with a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds.  KC Machine is a member of the National Tooling and Machining Association.  KC Machine is ITAR compliant and ISO 9001:2015 certified.  We have working backgrounds in all types of service, manufacturing, CNC machining, grinding, engineering, and design.

For machine repairs and service, we can cover all of your needs from start to finish, including design and engineering for special machines or modifications, or do as little as repair a simple piece of equipment and get it back up and running for you, either on site or in our facility. We have capabilities of large capacity fabrication, welding, and all types of machining including portable machining, as well as single part to large quantity CNC turning and milling.

The KC Machine facility is equipped with (2) 10-ton cranes for overhead lifting, (6) vertical machining centers, one with 4 axis CNC milling, Large horizontal CNC machining center with over  118″ travel, Horizontal pallet change machining center with 25″ x 25″ pallets, (3) CNC lathes for work from extremely small parts and up to 30″ dia. and 12-1/2′ between centers, Waterjet with 5′ x 10′ cutting envelope,  Solidworks solid modeling, laser part marking, vibratory finishing, quality inspection lab with Zeiss CMM inspection, manual machining, MIG, TIG, gas and arc welding and fabrication, complex assemblies, fixtures, special tools, reverse engineering, and more.
