NEW CENTURY, Kansas, August 17, 2026 — Butler National Corporation (OTCQX: BUKS) today announced the rebranding of KC Machine as Butler Machine, marking another step in the Company’s long-term strategy to build a differentiated, vertically integrated aerospace and defense manufacturing platform.

The new Butler Machine brand reflects the Company’s strategic focus on precision manufacturing for the aerospace, defense and space industries and reinforces Butler National’s commitment to supporting customers with high-quality, mission-critical manufacturing solutions.

For decades, Butler National has expanded its aerospace capabilities through engineering, certification, aircraft modification, avionics, defense electronics and specialized manufacturing. Butler Machine strengthens that platform by providing advanced precision machining and production capabilities that support complex programs requiring exceptional quality, repeatability and reliability.
