Butler National Appoints Vincent Jermany as Tempe General Manager; Mike Griffin Named Vice President, Enterprise Integration

NEW CENTURY, Kan., August 5, 2026 — Butler National Corporation (OTCQX: BUKS) today announces the appointment of Vincent Jermany as General Manager of its Tempe, Arizona aerospace and defense manufacturing operation. The Company also announces that Mike Griffin, who has served as General Manager of the Tempe operation for the past year, will transition into a new role as Vice President, Enterprise Integration.

Jermany brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing industries. He has held senior leadership positions with Firetrace International, Gentex Corporation, Teledyne Technologies, and Collins Aerospace, leading operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, business development, and manufacturing organizations while delivering operational improvements and building high-performing teams.

As General Manager, Jermany will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Tempe operation, including operations, engineering, manufacturing, quality, customer relationships, business development, financial performance, and employee leadership.
