NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS: CONFERENCE CALL QUESTION SUBMITTAL

 Butler National Corporation plans to host a conference call to discuss fiscal year 2026 results on:

Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10:00 am CT.

We expect to file our fiscal 2026 annual report and issue a press release announcing earnings prior to the call. The press release will include information about how to dial in to listen to the call live. All callers listening live will be muted.

A recording of the call will be made available on the Butler National investor relations website following the call.

As part of the discussion of the results, management will answer pre-submitted questions that are received by July 1, 2026. To submit a question for response consideration, please email your question with your name to: mgiller@butlernational.com.

While all submitted questions will be reviewed, management may limit the questions that are answered during the conference call.
